Annie开源下载工具：一键下载优酷，腾讯，youtube，抖音等平台视频

一、安装
windows 10平台安装
安装scoop工具
介绍： Scoop 是Windows 平台的一款软件安装管理工具，它类似macOS 上的Homebrew，省去了繁琐的「搜索- 下载- 安装」步骤，通过「一行代码」就可以快速安装一个软件
安装参考： https://github.com/lukesampson/scoop/wiki/Quick-Start
打开powershell，输入下面命令开始安装
#允许powershell执行本地脚本
set-executionpolicy remotesigned -scope currentuser
#安装scoop
iwr -useb get.scoop.sh | iex
安装Annie下载工具
PS C:\Windows\system32> scoop install annie

下载bilibili单个视频(自动1080p，挺好的)
